Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping Darling By Yulante.  We’ve included our shipping policy below.

 

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by an additional 1-2 days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping Costs:

Shipping charges are:

  • $6 for all pretax purchases under $100

  • FREE for all pretax purchases over $100

 

Shipment Method/ Carriers:

USPS Ground Shipping is the only available shipping method at this time. 

Delivery delays may occasionally occur.

 

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses:

Shipment to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses is not permitted at this time.

 

International Shipping:

We currently do not ship outside the Continental United States.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Taxes:

Darling By Yulante operates out of Florida and complies with the 7% sales tax nexus governing Florida retailers. 

 

Returns Policy:

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

We thank you for your purchase and hope you are happy with your investment. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it or return it for a refund (less original shipping cost) within 30 days of original purchase.

 

Please see below for more information on our return and exchange policy.

 

Returns:

You may return your item for a refund if it is in new and unused condition.   Boxed items can be opened, but all packaging must be included in the return.    

 

Products that have been used are eligible for exchange only.  You may exchange your item for another item of equal or lesser value. 

 

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please email us at info@darlingbyyulante.com or text us at 561-336-LOOK (5665).  Please include your order number and the item (or items) that you wish to return/ exchange.  Once your request has been received and confirmed, you will receive return instructions including return shipping address and/or a return shipping label.

 

Please note, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges UNLESS you receive:

  • Products that are damaged before arriving to you

                                  OR

  • Incorrect products sent to you in error

 

You may opt to receive a prepaid shipping label where $6.00 will be deducted from your refund or store credit to cover shipping charges.  Or you may mail your own return.    We recommend that you use a trackable and insured method when mailing your own return.

 

Refunds:

After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.  Refunds are issued for original purchase price, less original shipping cost (unless item is defective or incorrect item was received).   Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment. Please allow five (5) business days from our receipt of your item to process your return.  Paypal and Debit card refunds may take fifteen (15) days to post to your account, depending on your bank.  Credit card refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

Restrictions:

Digital purchases such as gift cards cannot be returned.

 

Please contact us to arrange for a full refund or exchange of defective or damaged products.

 

All sales are final on clearance or discontinued items, and they cannot be returned.

 

Order Cancellation:

Our order usually fulfilled and shipped within 24-48 hours.  Orders may be CANCELLED if we receive notification (via text or email) within 12 hours of your order placement.  This ensures that the item won’t be packages or shipped.  You must receive confirmation from us of the order cancellation, otherwise the order will be processed.
