Due to limited seating, we request that if you need to cancel your registration to a class, you do so, at least 72 hours before a scheduled class session is held. This gives us the opportunity to fill the seat that your registration held and offer you a full refund.

 

If you need to cancel your registration 24-71 hours before a class that you registered for is held, we will offer you a credit to your account to use towards a future class as long as we have been notified of the cancellation request at least 24 hours in advance.  If the registration cost for the future class that you are transferring to costs more than the class that you're cancelling, then you are required to pay the difference in registration costs.   The credit must be used within 1 calendar year of the original registration purchase date. 

 

Class registrants that are considered "no shows" and/or who don't cancel within 24 hours of the class that they registered for will receive neither a refund nor account credit.
